The Wheel of Fortune team at Sony Entertainment was looking for a new approach to the onboarding process for mobile users of the Wheel of Fortune website. The website flow made it hard for users to find the Wheel Watchers Club section of the site where many fun and engaging games were located.
We completely revamped the user experience leveraging behavioral design strategies. The client implemented the redesign and saw a marked improvement in the completion rate of sign ups as well as a 20% increase in game play three months into the redesign.
I designed the user experience and managed the project from beginning to end.
